The MRT test is a diagnostic method that determines the intensity of leukocyte responses to a given food. The test involves taking a small amount of blood. You will receive a list of foods that your body reacts badly to, and your dietician will give you a thorough explanation on that matter. Contraindications for the MRT test:

  • Antibiotics
  • Leukopenia – less than 2,000 white blood cells / ml
  • Leukocytosis – more than 15,000 white blood cells / ml
  • Immunosuppressants (recommended 4-week break)
  • Steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic drugs (recommended 14 days break for long-acting, 2 days break for short-acting)
  • Chemotherapy (recommended 4 weeks break)
  • Radiotherapy (recommended 7 weeks break)

  1. Before the blood sample is taken, we connect the patient by the phone with the laboratory in Warsaw; it is necessary to give the patient’s credit card details.
