Basic food intolerance test
The Food Detective test is used to identify food intolerance of the patient.
Food intolerance is a defensive reaction of the immune system for certain kinds of foods. Symptoms may be different e.g.: headache, hypersensitivity bowel syndrome, migraine, skin lesions, respiratory dysfunctions. Patients suffering from food intolerance may complain about the felling of confusion, fatigue, uncertainty, and feeling of heaviness.
Food intolerance is common. Studies have shown that they may affect up to 45% of the population.

The symptoms of food intolerance may have their roots directly in your diet. Symptoms are difficult to identify as they sometimes occur after a few hours or even a few days after the meal.

The patient does not need to be on an empty stomach before the test.
